About the role

  • Senior Learning and Development Administrator facilitating the planning and coordination of training programs at PwC. Involves scheduling sessions, tracking participation, and providing learner assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, administration and coordination of learning and development programs
  • Schedule training sessions, manage calendars, coordinate with instructors
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and attendance
  • Provide learner assistance through emails/chats/helpdesk tickets as L1 support
  • Engage business stakeholders in communicating processes related to L&D

Requirements

  • Graduate
  • 5-6 years overall experience, of which at least 3 years should be relevant to L&D
  • Data analytics and reporting using Advanced excel, working with complex datasets
  • Team player with very strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a cross-cultural environment
  • Maintaining knowledge of current and emerging learning technology trends
  • Knowledge on learning tools and technologies, such as Cornerstone On Demand
