Responsibilities

  • Manage the L&D inbox and triage requests
  • Schedule and track pre-hire calls with managers
  • Partner with team members to support programming
  • Support special projects like year-end reporting
  • Maintain data in LMS

Requirements

  • At least 2 years supporting a business unit or functional area, ideally within Learning and Development or HR
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
