About the role

  • Assistente Administrativo na Vivo, atuando no suporte de pedidos de vendas B2B e interface com fornecedores e áreas internas. Gerencia tratativas e garante a qualidade das informações dos pedidos.

Responsibilities

  • Handle commercial inquiries and activations, analyzing and taking the necessary actions to reach a resolution or appropriate escalation;
  • Maintain active communication with the commercial/sales team to understand issues and finalize solutions for each case;
  • Forward cases that require action by other teams to the responsible area;
  • Identify process improvement opportunities that impact the commercial/sales area;
  • Ensure the integrity of information and the quality of responses;
  • Consult company systems to diagnose problems and determine necessary corrections;
  • Assist the commercial/sales team in understanding order status, required corrective actions, workflows, SLAs, opening processes for various issues and disputes, and legacy system inquiries.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word);
  • Negotiation skills;
  • Willingness to learn and self-discipline for professional development;
  • Be proactive and digitally connected;
  • Resilience to face challenges.
