About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the administration of the professional continuing education platform
  • Analyze satisfaction survey results for our training programs
  • Deliver short training sessions on IT tools
  • Actively participate in the creation or revision of business processes
  • Compile and distribute survey lists
  • Perform various quality checks related to services
  • Update documentation and files annually
  • Organize a quality seminar for our managers
  • Create PowerPoint presentations, forms, and online surveys
  • Support the team leader in various analytical and administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing HEG studies (or equivalent) while employed
  • Ideally some prior professional experience in a similar role
  • Good IT skills and knowledge of common software/tools
  • Native German speaker with good French (min. B2), or native French speaker with good German (min. B2)
  • Dynamic, flexible, and able to work independently
  • Analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset
