About the role

  • Administrative employee managing documentation and client communication for a care service organization. Position involves various administrative tasks in support of a caring team.

Responsibilities

  • General administrative tasks to support the team
  • Management of files and coordination of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Telephone service & point of contact for employees, clients & external partners
  • Maintenance and processing in our care management software
  • Support in preparing and carrying out the monthly service billing

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in a commercial/administrative field (e.g., administrative clerk, management assistant in healthcare, hotel management)
  • Preferably: professional experience in clerical work, organization & administration
  • Knowledge of care service billing categories in outpatient/home care
  • Confident MS Office and general IT skills
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Independent, structured and efficient working style
