About the role

  • Act as a Customer Success Consultant and be available to support the portfolio of clients for which you will be responsible.
  • Focus on relationship management, monitor performance indicators and identify process improvements to retain customers and resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with service levels and contract execution, acting as the point of contact with the operational teams involved.
  • Communicate the service quality plan and present SLA reports to clients.
  • Prepare and present repair and implementation tracking reports to clients.
  • Anticipate risks and take actions to minimize them, collaborating with the responsible areas.
  • Generate leads aimed at improving services for clients and follow up with the commercial team on converting those leads into business.
  • Manage client expectations by prioritizing requests and deadlines.
  • Manage and resolve escalations, following up and acting until the issue is resolved.
  • Participate in commercial and contractual reviews, evaluating items relevant to the post-sales area.
  • Conduct Quality Committee meetings and participate in Executive Committees; keep client contract documentation up to date.
  • Hold regular service quality meetings with clients in your portfolio.

Requirements

  • College degree preferred.
  • Experience serving corporate/B2B clients (legal entities) preferred.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Advantageous: English and Spanish (reading and conversational skills).
