Responsibilities
Act as a Customer Success Consultant and be available to support the portfolio of clients for which you will be responsible.
Focus on relationship management, monitor performance indicators and identify process improvements to retain customers and resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with service levels and contract execution, acting as the point of contact with the operational teams involved.
Communicate the service quality plan and present SLA reports to clients.
Prepare and present repair and implementation tracking reports to clients.
Anticipate risks and take actions to minimize them, collaborating with the responsible areas.
Generate leads aimed at improving services for clients and follow up with the commercial team on converting those leads into business.
Manage client expectations by prioritizing requests and deadlines.
Manage and resolve escalations, following up and acting until the issue is resolved.
Participate in commercial and contractual reviews, evaluating items relevant to the post-sales area.
Conduct Quality Committee meetings and participate in Executive Committees; keep client contract documentation up to date.
Hold regular service quality meetings with clients in your portfolio.
Advantageous: English and Spanish (reading and conversational skills).
