Responsibilities
Development and ownership of the PKZ Group’s holistic marketing and communications strategy
Leading, motivating and developing an interdisciplinary team of specialists
Managing external partners and agencies to ensure efficient collaboration
Responsibility for the CRM and loyalty strategy, including data-driven campaign management
Taking on budget responsibility with a clear performance orientation
Consistent brand management across all channels, from online and offline to events
Conceptualizing and executing advertising, PR, sponsorship and event activities
Building strategic partnerships to reach new target groups and revenue opportunities
Monitoring market, media and lifestyle trends to identify and implement relevant innovations
Requirements
University or University of Applied Sciences degree in business administration, marketing, communications or a related field
At least 10 years of professional experience in marketing, CRM and campaign management — ideally in the fashion or premium retail sector
Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial leadership qualities
Proven success in brand management, campaign development, media and budget management
Deep understanding of CRM systems, data analysis and marketing automation
Affinity for e-commerce and solid expertise in digital marketing
Excellent German skills and business-fluent English
