Technicien Support Technique supporting clients with HIRSCH security systems installation and troubleshooting. Assisting users and installers with setup and operational issues.
Responsibilities
Provide assistance to end-user customers and installers of HIRSCH security systems (access control, perimeter protection).
Support is provided by telephone and remote maintenance.
Assist customers with installation and commissioning of equipment, hardware and software.
Directly perform the operations necessary to start up and ensure correct functioning of installations.
Verify functional compliance of equipment and various components of installed systems.
Locate and diagnose incidents, operational anomalies, faults and defects.
Perform adjustments, functional tests and simulations.
Keep technical information up to date in our customer database.
Requirements
Minimum post-secondary diploma (Bac+2 equivalent), with specialization in Electronics, Automation and Industrial IT.
Experience in low-voltage systems, security systems and BMS/GTC (minimum 2 years).
Driving license required.
Network IT knowledge (cybersecurity knowledge is a plus).
Operating system: Windows.
Field networks (industrial networks/fieldbus).
Database engine: SQL.
Technical English (fluent, B2–C1).
