About the role

  • Technician providing technical support for HIRSCH security systems in France. Assisting clients with installations and ensuring operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Assist end customers and installers of HIRSCH security systems (access control, perimeter protection).
  • Prevent and resolve operational or installation issues.
  • Support customers during installation and commissioning of equipment.
  • Perform tasks required to start up and ensure proper operation of installations.
  • Verify the functional compliance of equipment.
  • Locate and diagnose incidents.
  • Keep technical information up to date in our customer database.

Requirements

  • Minimum of Bac+2 (two-year post-secondary degree) with a specialization in Electronics, Automation, or Industrial Computing.
  • At least 2 years’ experience with low-voltage systems, security systems and BMS (Building Management Systems).
  • Driver’s license required.
  • Skills: network computing (knowledge of cybersecurity is a plus).
  • Operating systems: Windows.
  • Field networks / fieldbus systems.
  • Database engine: SQL.
  • Technical English: fluent (B2–C1).
