Responsibilities
Assist end customers and installers of HIRSCH security systems (access control, perimeter protection).
Prevent and resolve operational or installation issues.
Support customers during installation and commissioning of equipment.
Perform tasks required to start up and ensure proper operation of installations.
Verify the functional compliance of equipment.
Locate and diagnose incidents.
Keep technical information up to date in our customer database.
Requirements
Minimum of Bac+2 (two-year post-secondary degree) with a specialization in Electronics, Automation, or Industrial Computing.
At least 2 years’ experience with low-voltage systems, security systems and BMS (Building Management Systems).
Driver’s license required.
Skills: network computing (knowledge of cybersecurity is a plus).
Operating systems: Windows.
Field networks / fieldbus systems.
Database engine: SQL.
Technical English: fluent (B2–C1).
