About the role

  • Intern role providing support in Recruitment and Selection at a full service law firm. Engaging in various HR activities to enhance candidate experience and streamline processes.

Responsibilities

  • Support Recruitment & Selection routines, including posting job openings, screening resumes and contacting candidates;
  • Maintain and update candidate information and data related to selection processes;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the candidate experience at all stages;
  • Develop, update and monitor spreadsheets and basic area indicators/KPIs (Excel and internal controls);
  • Prepare presentations and materials to track processes, results and HR initiatives;
  • Assist with improvements to internal processes and with administrative HR tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Students of Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields;
  • From the 3rd semester onward (evening shift);
  • Good communication and organizational skills;
  • Interest in developing a career in Recruitment & Selection and/or People Analytics;
  • Preferred: Intermediate Excel and an interest in metrics/reports.
