Responsibilities
Support Recruitment & Selection routines, including posting job openings, screening resumes and contacting candidates;
Maintain and update candidate information and data related to selection processes;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the candidate experience at all stages;
Develop, update and monitor spreadsheets and basic area indicators/KPIs (Excel and internal controls);
Prepare presentations and materials to track processes, results and HR initiatives;
Assist with improvements to internal processes and with administrative HR tasks as needed
Requirements
Students of Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields;
From the 3rd semester onward (evening shift);
Good communication and organizational skills;
Interest in developing a career in Recruitment & Selection and/or People Analytics;
Preferred: Intermediate Excel and an interest in metrics/reports.
