Responsibilities
Advise on measuring, shifting, designing, and implementing organizational and individual behavioral programs
Shape EY’s WalkMe strategy, support its implementation, and build internal WalkMe capability
Plan and implement targeted behavior change initiatives that deliver sustained adoption and long-term value
Lead engagement delivery with accountability for program/project management
Manage client relationships with daily interaction and lead client engagements from planning to closure
Develop and mentor internal WalkMe talent, helping grow EY’s capability and delivery capacity across regions
Serve as a strategic liaison with WalkMe on go-to-market opportunities, product enhancements, and joint client pursuits
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in related field of business, Human Resources, or Psychology
Typically, no less than 8 - 10 years of relevant experience with previous, recent experience in top tier consulting organization
Technical skills in change management and experience design
Strong communication and engagement strategy and delivery skills
Expertise in behavioral driver analysis and modeling
Leadership and workforce assessment capabilities
Knowledge of hybrid workforce strategy
Talent analytics and dashboarding skills
Coaching and personal development proficiency
Team effectiveness and development experience
Experience designing, deploying, or managing WalkMe or similar digital adoption technologies
Willingness to travel as needed, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment with an average of three (3) days per week at a client site or within an EY office
