About the role

  • Senior Manager in People Consulting driving organizational behavior change initiatives at EY. Advising on strategic directions and implementing WalkMe solutions for sustained adoption and long-term value.

Responsibilities

  • Advise on measuring, shifting, designing, and implementing organizational and individual behavioral programs
  • Shape EY’s WalkMe strategy, support its implementation, and build internal WalkMe capability
  • Plan and implement targeted behavior change initiatives that deliver sustained adoption and long-term value
  • Lead engagement delivery with accountability for program/project management
  • Manage client relationships with daily interaction and lead client engagements from planning to closure
  • Develop and mentor internal WalkMe talent, helping grow EY’s capability and delivery capacity across regions
  • Serve as a strategic liaison with WalkMe on go-to-market opportunities, product enhancements, and joint client pursuits

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in related field of business, Human Resources, or Psychology
  • Typically, no less than 8 - 10 years of relevant experience with previous, recent experience in top tier consulting organization
  • Technical skills in change management and experience design
  • Strong communication and engagement strategy and delivery skills
  • Expertise in behavioral driver analysis and modeling
  • Leadership and workforce assessment capabilities
  • Knowledge of hybrid workforce strategy
  • Talent analytics and dashboarding skills
  • Coaching and personal development proficiency
  • Team effectiveness and development experience
  • Experience designing, deploying, or managing WalkMe or similar digital adoption technologies
  • Willingness to travel as needed, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment with an average of three (3) days per week at a client site or within an EY office
