About the role

  • Customer Success Manager improving long-term client relationships within IT solutions at Axians. Collaborating closely with Account Management and ensuring customers maximize value from solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding of new customers, including analysis of development potential together with the responsible Account Management
  • Proactive customer communication, e.g. conducting regular check-ins and ensuring our customers derive maximum value from our solutions
  • Developing and implementing individual success plans to ensure long-term customer retention
  • Close collaboration with vendors to stay up to date on products & solutions and to share insights with internal teams
  • Internal and external stakeholder management with Sales, Marketing, Professional Services and management-level stakeholders

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training with relevant further qualifications, or a degree in business administration (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Business Administration)
  • Several years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success Management or project management—ideally within an IT corporate environment
  • Experience working with Cisco Systems and other vendors
  • Desirable: Certification as a “Cisco Customer Success Manager”
  • Strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills and strategic thinking
  • Fluent German, good English
