About the role

  • Lawyer specializing in labor law at vezzilapolla.legal. In charge of drafting legal documents and process monitoring in a cooperative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drafting all pleadings and other filings for assigned cases;
  • Updating case information in the firm’s and the client’s case management systems;
  • Experience in labor (employment) law;
  • Monitoring and managing case proceedings;
  • Preparation of legal opinions and memoranda.

Requirements

  • Active membership with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
  • Completed law degree (postgraduate specialization in Labor Procedural Law considered a plus);
  • Strong knowledge of Labor Law;
  • Previous experience in high-demand/high-volume environments;
  • Strong drafting skills and logical reasoning;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team;
  • Good communication skills and professional demeanor;
  • Capacity to handle large volumes of work and tight deadlines;
  • Proficiency in Excel;
  • Clear and effective oral and written communication;
  • Resilience, organization, and proactivity;
  • Ability to work autonomously with responsibility and commitment;
