About the role

Responsibilities
- Monitoring and management of judicial and administrative proceedings from start to finish;
- Drafting defenses, interim pleadings and appeals;
- Representation at hearings;

- Entering and updating case-related information in internal systems;
- Ensuring strict compliance with procedural deadlines, demonstrating responsibility and organization.
Requirements
- Must reside in São Paulo, SP, Brazil;
- Experience in Consumer Law;
- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
