About the role

  • HRBP Director leading strategic HR support for Vestiaire Collective's global organization. Overseeing HR teams and driving change management for a sustainable fashion marketplace.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage your team to ensure the delivery of strategic HR support across the global organization
  • Act as the direct HR business partner to Commercial and Marketing teams, including ExCom stakeholders
  • Oversee organizational development and the global HR strategy and policies across the company
  • Build, continuously improve, and implement processes related to the employee experience
  • Drive change management to support the organization in implementing new strategies and programs
  • Partner with leadership to enhance team performance and attainment of objectives by providing HR expertise
  • Ensure fairness and performance across the organization through our performance and compensation processes
  • Coach and develop senior leaders on decision-making, difficult conversations, and team management

Requirements

  • 8+ years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a leadership/management role
  • Proven track record of managing and developing HR teams
  • Strong business acumen with experience partnering with commercial and marketing functions
  • Solution-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management — ability to influence and build trust with senior leadership
  • Change management expertise — comfortable driving transformation in fast-paced environments
  • Solid understanding of HR fundamentals: compensation, performance management, employment law, and payroll
  • Direct, transparent communication style with the ability to handle difficult conversations
  • Genuine passion for developing people and helping them succeed
  • Full professional proficiency in English required; French is a plus
