Responsibilities

  • Reporting directly to the operating company SVP/GM with a dotted line reporting relationship to the Duravant Chief Human Resources Officer
  • Serves as a key member of the leadership team and is responsible for contributing to the development of operating company business plans
  • Developing and executing talent management plans
  • Ensuring effective implementation of HR programs and processes
  • Providing change management support
  • Coaching managers and leaders in support of overall talent and business objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience
  • A minimum of 10-years’ experience in human resources support
  • Manufacturing or capital/industrial equipment experience
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Ability to travel up to 15%
