Responsibilities

Educate clients and third parties on the Medicare Secondary Payer statute through conference calls and client visits, fostering a deeper understanding of MSP regulations.
Provide prompt and efficient responses to client inquiries, addressing general subject matter questions, case status requests, and specific case-related queries.
Maintain open lines of communication with Medicare to ensure compliance and address any MSP-related concerns.
Stay updated on the latest MSP regulations and industry trends, ensuring our team's knowledge remains current.
