Senior EHS Manager responsible for compliance audits and initiatives in Watts Industries' manufacturing locations. Monitoring regulatory changes and collaborating with teams to maintain EHS standards.
Responsibilities
Monitor regulatory changes and assess the potential impact on the organization
Maintain EHS compliance programs aligned with national, regional, and local regulations
Support sites globally relative to legal obligations, company requirements, and other obligations
Lead the internal EHS audit program including auditor development/training and effectiveness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS requirements into business processes
Support EHS integration post M&A activities
Lead onboarding for new hired EHS professionals
Deliver training and awareness programs to promote compliance and safety culture
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs), data analytics, and execute trend analysis
Implement EHS Framework program consistency across the globe
Lead the global ISO14001 Environmental Management System certification and ISO45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System and certifications
Respond to customer inquiries regarding environmental and safety practices
Analyze the effectiveness of the EHS program against business KPIs
Lead the identification of environmental risks & opportunities and execute improvement plans
Perform other duties as may be required.
Requirements
7+ years of EHS experience, preferably in industrial manufacturing
3+ years’ experience in environmental regulatory compliance and/or process safety in the metalworking or chemical industry preferred
In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Experience with EHS management systems and audit protocols
Lift up to 25 pounds
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Professional certifications (e.g., CSP, CIH, CHMM) are a plus.
