About the role

  • (Senior) Strategic Sales and Business Development Manager driving CBDC initiatives at G+D. Building relationships with central banks, leading revenue growth and coordinating teams for project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with central banks, private sector clients, and key stakeholders to drive CBDC initiatives
  • Lead revenue growth through strategic account management, pipeline development, and consultative solution sales from lead generation to closing
  • Coordinate interdisciplinary teams for complex contract negotiations, proposals, and RFP participation, ensuring seamless project execution
  • Design and deliver workshops, presentations, and thought leadership at industry events, panels, and conferences
  • Identify new market opportunities, develop business models, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans to ensure product-market fit
  • Negotiate complex contracts and present solutions and strategies to senior management and board-level decision makers

Requirements

  • Proven success in selling innovative, complex technical solutions in cutting-edge industries with a consultative approach from outreach to closing
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; adept at simplifying complex topics for all organizational levels and building strong networks
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) plus one additional language (French, Spanish, or Arabic)
  • Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to diverse environments
  • Preferred: Experience in payments or FinTech industry
