Responsibilities
Design, implementation and ongoing development of employee and leadership development and training initiatives.
Management and further development of qualification programs, talent and succession concepts.
Advising managers on individual employee and team development matters.
Organizing, facilitating and evaluating trainings, workshops and development formats (in-person & digital).
Identifying development needs and deriving appropriate measures.
Collaborating with external training and education partners.
Requirements
Degree with a focus on Human Resources, Education, Psychology or a comparable qualification.
Several years of practical experience in HR development.
Solid expertise in designing and implementing training and development programs.
Experience working with managers and leadership teams.
Structured, independent way of working and strong follow-through/implementation skills.
Strong communication and consulting skills and a good sense for people and organizational dynamics.
