About the role

Responsibilities

  • HR administration and transactional support;
  • Employee support and inquiry management;
  • Compliance and process standardization;
  • Receive and process inquiries on administrative HR topics and transactions within the remit of the HR Shared Service Center;
  • Provide information and support to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures within defined processes;
  • Maintain and update employee data in the designated HR systems and databases;
  • Collaborate with other HR departments to resolve requests;
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of employee information;
  • Create and manage HR documents such as employment contracts, amendments and certificates;
  • Archive and organize HR documents in accordance with company policies and legal requirements;
  • Support the implementation of defined HR processes as a point of contact for employees and managers;
  • Ensure clear and effective communication with employees and managers, responding to questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner;
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and systems and forward these to the process owner and product owner;
  • Propose workflow optimizations to increase efficiency;
  • Collaborate with HR interfaces (HR Regions/Countries and HR CoEs) as part of the Tiering Model to ensure seamless HR service delivery;
  • Maintain compliance with local labor laws and company policies, ensuring all HR activities adhere to regulatory requirements;
  • Work with the HR team to implement improvement measures.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field;
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within a multinational company;
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP;
  • Fluent in English; German is recommended.
