Senior HR Business Partner at Reckitt supporting Finance Shared Services in Warsaw. Delivering strategic HR initiatives and ensuring alignment with global priorities while enhancing organizational capability and culture.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary HR partner for Finance Shared Services Europe leadership team based in Warsaw.
Provide strategic advice and coaching to managers on organizational design, leadership capability, and team effectiveness.
Support the Head of HR in implementing Hub-wide initiatives and ensuring alignment with global priorities.
Lead workforce planning for Finance Shared Services.
Drive succession planning and talent reviews for critical roles.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Talent Development to attract, develop, and retain key talent.
Ensure consistent HR practices, handle complex employee relations, partner on compliance, and mentor the local HR team.
Drive initiatives that scale best practices and cultural standards across other Hubs.
Support engagement programs tailored to GBS and Finance Shared Services.
Facilitate change management and cultural development initiatives.
Requirements
7+ years of progressive HR experience, including business partnering with senior stakeholders in a multinational dynamic environment
Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and local labor law.
Experience in workforce planning and organizational design.
Previous experience partnering to service centers or shared services organizations.
Experience as a people manager or in coaching/developing teams is highly desirable
Ability to react quickly in an ambiguous environment
Excellent analytical skills and ability to leverage HR data for insights.
Fluent English; experience across multiple markets is a plus.
Familiarity with HR systems (SuccessFactors will be an advantage) and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills.
