About the role

  • HR Specialist managing digital personal files and systems for innovative solutions in transportation. Collaborating with IT and payroll to ensure data quality and compliance in HR processes.

Responsibilities

  • Administration and maintenance of the digital personnel file
  • Point of contact for employees and managers regarding the digital personnel file
  • Creation and maintenance of permission and role models
  • Ensuring data quality, data maintenance, and compliance with data protection requirements
  • Close collaboration with IT, Data Protection, and Payroll
  • Creation and management of employment contracts, contract amendments, and additional agreements
  • Handling employee onboarding and offboarding, including preparation of terminations, warnings, and other employment-law documents

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training
  • Professional experience in HR, ideally with a focus on HR systems, HR-IT, or digitalization
  • Experience working with digital personnel files and document management systems
  • Knowledge of digitalizing and optimizing HR processes
  • Independent and committed working style as well as organizational and communication skills
  • Creative thinking and a strong affinity for current marketing trends and social media innovations
  • Very good German language skills, spoken and written
