Responsibilities
Manage the portals for various employee-related organizations: occupational health services, IRP Auto for mutual insurance providers
Ensure contractual management of employees from onboarding to offboarding
Administer training programs and apprenticeships
Handle employee requests such as absences, rest days, and leave
Maintain and update the organizational chart for your unit
Prepare and keep up-to-date personnel management lists and records
Organize company events under the direction of the General Manager
Verify employees' driving licenses on a quarterly basis
Inform employees of fines and forward them to the legal department
Produce a monthly summary of variable payroll elements
Manage issuance and return of employee uniforms/clothing
Take charge of recruitment
Requirements
Proficient in office software (e.g., MS Office)
Comprehensive knowledge of all areas of human resources management (HRM)
Strong management and communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Knowledge of labor law and employment regulations
Familiarity with secretarial duties and collections/receivables processes
