About the role

  • HR Specialist managing the people agenda, driving engagement and performance in Bridgestone’s retail network. Partnering with leadership for workforce planning, talent development, and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to craft clear, inspiring communication that supports change and drives alignment.
  • Work with our Talent Acquisition CoE to attract top external talent.
  • Support leaders in building high performing and future ready teams.
  • Guide managers in setting meaningful individual and team objectives.
  • Manage local works councils and coordinate with external labour consultants.
  • Conduct thorough investigations, including relevant interviews, and ensure appropriate follow up actions.
  • Partner with managers to develop compensation proposals.
  • Promote the effective use of HRIS tools to ensure data accuracy and process compliance.

Requirements

  • Degree/ Master's degree in Human Resources (and/or similar)
  • Proficiency in Office
  • Knowledge of Success Factors is an advantage
  • High level of English (written and spoken) is a must (French is an advantage)
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Experience working in global and matrix environments
  • Minimum 5 years' previous experience in HR roles
  • Availability to travel.
