About the role

  • HR Administrator responsible for time management and payroll processing at HÖRMANN Automotive. Collaborating with external providers and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for timekeeping, including overtime, on-call duty and travel times
  • Prepare monthly HR reports and various analyses
  • Prepare and review monthly payroll to ensure compliance with statutory, collective bargaining, company and individual contract requirements
  • Work closely with the external payroll provider
  • Manage certification and reporting obligations
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers, as well as for health insurance funds, authorities, tax and payroll auditors
  • Close collaboration with HR Business Partners
  • Contribute to further digitalization initiatives

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training with further qualification in payroll accounting
  • Several years of experience in payroll processing, ideally with SAP HCM
  • Experience processing payroll for employees in collective-bargaining organizations and shift systems
  • Solid knowledge of tax, social security and collective bargaining law and a good understanding of financial accounting
  • Strong numerical and systems affinity and a keen interest in digitalization topics
  • Independent, structured and reliable working style
  • Confident user of MS Office, with advanced Excel skills
  • Service- and team-oriented with an empathetic manner
  • Trustworthy and discreet
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
