Responsibilities
Responsible for timekeeping, including overtime, on-call duty and travel times
Prepare monthly HR reports and various analyses
Prepare and review monthly payroll to ensure compliance with statutory, collective bargaining, company and individual contract requirements
Work closely with the external payroll provider
Manage certification and reporting obligations
Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers, as well as for health insurance funds, authorities, tax and payroll auditors
Close collaboration with HR Business Partners
Contribute to further digitalization initiatives
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training with further qualification in payroll accounting
Several years of experience in payroll processing, ideally with SAP HCM
Experience processing payroll for employees in collective-bargaining organizations and shift systems
Solid knowledge of tax, social security and collective bargaining law and a good understanding of financial accounting
Strong numerical and systems affinity and a keen interest in digitalization topics
Independent, structured and reliable working style
Confident user of MS Office, with advanced Excel skills
Service- and team-oriented with an empathetic manner
Trustworthy and discreet
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
