Responsibilities

  • Lead people-first HR initiatives that build a high-performing, inclusive, and sustainable workplace
  • Partner with leaders to resolve complex people issues and streamline HR processes
  • Investigate and resolve workplace concerns and formal complaints
  • Coach managers and employees through performance conversations and progressive discipline
  • Oversee HR core processes, including onboarding/offboarding and employment-law compliance
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs and manage executive coaching partnerships
  • Develop and operationalize HR policies integrating sustainable practices into workforce planning

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with HRIS/People Data platforms, Learning Management Systems, HR Analytics and Reporting Tools
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled HR tools
