Responsibilities
support HR/OD Advisers and managers to develop and implement proactive HR solutions
make and present evidence-based decisions for people solutions
carry out research to support recommendations
provide advice and guidance to managers on people related issues, in line with policies and employment law
maintain and develop people policies
gain experience of all areas of People Services
study towards the People Professional Level 5 Apprenticeship
