Responsibilities
- Register digital content in a Virtual Learning Environment (VLE)
- Monitor receipt and posting of digital teaching materials using spreadsheets and management platforms
- Organize registration workflows according to schedule
- Manage material control repositories, monitoring update processes
- Monitor tickets and make targeted adjustments to courses
- Carry out verification, updates, and validations during course re-offering stages
- Review academic spreadsheets to create virtual classrooms in the learning environment
- Upload files to video platforms
- Transfer video links into course planning files
Requirements
- Completed higher education (Languages/Literature, Pedagogy, Business Administration)
- Experience in distance education (EAD) preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of new technological resources applicable to education
- Experience using e-learning platforms and virtual learning environments
- Familiarity with Virtual Learning Environments (Blackboard, LXP, Canvas, D2L, or similar)
- Continuing education in areas related to Digital Platforms, Distance Education, and/or Instructional Design is a plus
