About the role

  • Gestionnaire Assistance & Partenariats managing operational aspects of assistance and travel products. Collaborating with strategic partners and supporting commercial partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the operational management of our Assistance & Travel product (issuing travel certificates, processing claims notifications and coordinating files with our assistance partner)
  • Participate in the monitoring and development of existing partnerships with strategic commercial partners
  • Support our agencies and partners in promoting the products and respond to their inquiries
  • Prepare monitoring statistics in collaboration with Product Management
  • Contribute to analysis and product and partnership development work

Requirements

  • Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in commercial administration, mandatory completion of an AFA certification
  • Proven first experience in a similar role, e.g., Assistance Manager
  • Native French or German speaker, with very good proficiency in the other language (spoken and written), minimum level B2 to handle files autonomously
  • Proficient with standard IT tools (MS Office) for managing statistics
