Gestionnaire Assistance & Partenariats managing operational aspects of assistance and travel products. Collaborating with strategic partners and supporting commercial partnerships.
Responsibilities
Ensure the operational management of our Assistance & Travel product (issuing travel certificates, processing claims notifications and coordinating files with our assistance partner)
Participate in the monitoring and development of existing partnerships with strategic commercial partners
Support our agencies and partners in promoting the products and respond to their inquiries
Prepare monitoring statistics in collaboration with Product Management
Contribute to analysis and product and partnership development work
Requirements
Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in commercial administration, mandatory completion of an AFA certification
Proven first experience in a similar role, e.g., Assistance Manager
Native French or German speaker, with very good proficiency in the other language (spoken and written), minimum level B2 to handle files autonomously
Proficient with standard IT tools (MS Office) for managing statistics
