About the role

  • Account Manager responsible for B2B Lösungsvertrieb of security solutions. Working in a hybrid setup at Funkwerk Security in Nürnberg.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for systematically acquiring new customers and market segments for professional, custom system solutions in security technology and for managing selected existing customers.
  • Your responsibilities include presenting and explaining our service portfolio during customer meetings, trade fairs, and exhibitions.
  • Proactive acquisition of new customers and development of existing accounts, including handling tenders.
  • Advising customers on developing concepts and solutions in the areas of GMS and PSIM, video, intrusion alarm systems (EMA), perimeter protection, access control (Zuko), and security IT networks.
  • Preparing proposals and presentation materials, and maintaining the CRM system.
  • Tracking inquiries and offers as well as drafting and processing contracts (VOB/VOL).
  • Participation in project planning, implementation into technical solutions, commissioning, and acceptance.

Requirements

  • Technical or commercial training or degree
  • Strong enthusiasm for working with customers
  • Experience in technical solutions or systems sales within security technology or IT infrastructure
  • Technical knowledge of network technology and security systems, ideally with focus areas in video, intrusion alarm systems (EMA), and perimeter protection
  • Negotiation skills, teamwork, and a reliable, customer-friendly manner
  • Strong communication skills
  • Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style with a willingness to shape and drive initiatives
  • Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems
  • Fluent German and good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Driver's license and willingness to travel
