Global Partnerships Intern leading research-driven project to identify strategic partners for Endeavor. Engaging in ecosystem development and cross-functional collaboration with a global programming focus.
Responsibilities
Conduct market and ecosystem research to identify high-potential partnership targets, including corporations, institutions, innovation hubs, and other relevant organizations aligned with Endeavor’s mission
Build and maintain a structured landscape analysis and pipeline database of strategic partnership leads to support future outreach and engagement efforts
Analyze historical partnerships data across Endeavor’s 40+ offices to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, and contribute to the development of a partnerships insights report
Engage with Global and local Endeavor teams to gather qualitative insights, context, and feedback that inform the research and analysis
Synthesize research findings into a clear written report and presentation deck that outlines insights and strategic recommendations for partnership engagement
Requirements
Accepting applications from Undergraduate Juniors and/or Seniors
Demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship, global development, partnerships, strategy, or ecosystem building
Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize information and develop clear insights
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage an independent project
Comfort navigating ambiguity and working across cultures and regions
Familiarity with tools such as Excel or Salesforce is a plus
Exposure to or curiosity about AI and modern research or productivity tools, with interest in using technology to improve efficiency, is a plus
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
