About the role

  • Learning & Development Partner supporting design, delivery, and execution of learning initiatives at Vantage Data Centers. Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance employee development and organizational growth.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging learning materials, presentations, and e-learning modules using a variety of design tools and formats, tailored to different learning styles and needs.
  • Coordinate and oversee learning programs, ensuring smooth delivery and effective participant engagement.
  • Develop curriculum and design role-based programs to support specific job functions and career development.
  • Facilitate learning activities (ILT, VLT, OLT), ensuring clarity, interactivity, and engagement.
  • Ensure all programs align with organizational culture, values, leadership expectations, and strategic priorities.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to keep programs current and competitive.
  • Partner with People & Culture teams, department leaders, and managers to identify skill gaps and devise strategies to elevate employee capabilities.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure successful completion of training initiatives.
  • Support employee development through onboarding, leadership development, and skill-building programs for all levels.
  • Develop metrics and monitor impact of L&D activities to ensure effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collect feedback and analyze data to drive continuous improvement and scalability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful L&D strategies at scale.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems and digital learning design platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
