About the role

  • Business development & client acquisition
  • Identification, qualification and acquisition of new clients and projects
  • Independent development and maintenance of an active sales pipeline
  • Development of acquisition strategies, target customer lists, and market segmentations
  • Participation in industry events, trade shows, and networking formats for lead generation
  • Sales management & reporting
  • Responsibility for new customer revenue and sales KPIs
  • Establishing and maintaining a transparent CRM process with forecasting and reporting to executive management
  • Proposal preparation and costing in collaboration with project managers
  • Conducting contract and price negotiations in coordination with management
  • Acting as the interface to Marketing and Communications for creating sales-relevant content (case studies, whitepapers, campaigns, etc.)
  • Strategy & growth
  • Market and competitive analyses to identify new trends and opportunities
  • Further development of UXMA's sales strategy and sales processes
  • Close coordination with Account Management to convert leads into long-term partnerships

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in agency, consulting, or product development environments
  • Passion for UX, design, software, technology, and innovation
  • Strong negotiation skills and a confident presence at decision-maker level (C-level, procurement, business units)
  • Experience with CRM tools, lead management, and sales reporting
  • Strong sense for customer needs and market opportunities
  • Structured, proactive, and autonomous working style
  • Confident presentation skills in German (C1) and good command of English
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, networking events, and presentations
  • Team player
