Publicar las vacantes en nuestras distintas bolsas laborales.
Realizar el filtro curricular y telefónico a candidatos potenciales.
Agendar entrevistas por competencias entre candidatos y entrevistadores.
Apoyar en la realización de entrevistas por competencias para evaluar habilidades y aptitudes.
Enviar evaluaciones psicológicas a los candidatos.
Realizar referencias laborales para validar la experiencia y desempeño previo de los candidatos.
Apoyar en la gestión de clases modelo de docentes a tiempo parcial y tiempo completo, así como el envío de feedback.
Gestionar los tickets relacionados con recibos por honorarios, validando la información y coordinando el envío de datos con el área de Administración de Personal.
Requirements
Egresado o Bachiller de las carrera de Psicología.
Experiencia mínima de 3 a 6 meses en Reclutamiento y Selección.
Inglés Avanzado.
Excel Intermedio.
Conocimiento de Power BI (deseable).
