About the role

  • Campus & LGU Strategic Partnership Lead managing partnerships with academic institutions and LGUs for hiring initiatives. Collaborating with internal teams and driving recruitment programs.

Responsibilities

  • Building, managing, and strengthening partnerships with academic institutions and Local Government Units (LGUs) for hiring initiatives
  • Plan and execute campus activities such as career talks and job fairs
  • Partner with LGUs for local hiring initiatives and align recruitment efforts
  • Drive programs that prepare students for BPO careers
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to align hiring needs
  • Monitor KPIs such as applicant generation and conversion rates
  • Supervise and guide sourcing specialists or coordinators assigned to initiatives

Requirements

  • Must be residing within Cauayan City or nearby areas (within 1-2 hrs travel)
  • Amenable to work onsite, offsite and travel as needed.
