Responsibilities
Building, managing, and strengthening partnerships with academic institutions and Local Government Units (LGUs) for hiring initiatives
Plan and execute campus activities such as career talks and job fairs
Partner with LGUs for local hiring initiatives and align recruitment efforts
Drive programs that prepare students for BPO careers
Work closely with internal stakeholders to align hiring needs
Monitor KPIs such as applicant generation and conversion rates
Supervise and guide sourcing specialists or coordinators assigned to initiatives
Requirements
Must be residing within Cauayan City or nearby areas (within 1-2 hrs travel)
Amenable to work onsite, offsite and travel as needed.
