About the role

  • Junior Recruitment Analyst responsible for end-to-end recruitment process in technology. Identifying talents and ensuring alignment with company culture and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, primarily for Technology roles
  • Identify and evaluate talent that aligns with the culture and objectives of our company and/or client
  • Review and screen resumes, identifying candidates with profiles suitable for the open positions
  • Conduct competency-based interviews
  • Administer technical tests for specific vacancies
  • Keep candidate and process information organized for each vacancy
  • Manage position SLAs
  • Prepare evaluation reports recommending candidates for roles
  • Build and maintain relationships with our internal clients
  • Perform talent hunting to identify candidates in the market to fill positions.

Requirements

  • Preferred: experience recruiting for Technology roles (DevOps Engineer, DevSecOps, Developer, Cloud Security Engineer, Artificial Intelligence, etc.)
  • Experience with recruitment tools (Gupy, Recruiter and Excel at user level)
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related fields
  • Experience in an outsourcing company (staff allocation) and/or consulting firm.
