About the role

  • Recruiter managing day-to-day hiring processes at The Indigo Road Hospitality Group. Focuses on candidate experiences and coordinating with hiring managers for top talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Review incoming applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess experience, culture fit, and role alignment.
  • Evaluate candidates against role requirements and company standards.
  • Provide clear, thoughtful interview recaps and hiring recommendations.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure all interview steps are organized, timely, and communicated clearly.
  • Guide candidates through the interview process, setting expectations and next steps.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
  • Deliver a high-touch, hospitality-driven candidate experience at every stage.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure timely communication, feedback, and updates.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (e.g., Hireology).
  • Upload resumes, interview notes, and required documentation in a timely manner.
  • Ensure job postings are active, accurate, and aligned with hiring needs.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting leadership to support hiring needs.
  • Assist in managing high-volume roles and urgent hiring requests.
  • Support agency coordination by reviewing and processing candidate submissions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and workflows.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of recruiting, coordination, or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple candidates and roles simultaneously.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and scheduling tools is a plus.
