About the role

  • Key Account Executive at UPS focusing on Business Development for small to medium accounts. Identifying sales opportunities and achieving revenue goals while supporting team efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Volume and revenue development through customer visits and contacts by phone
  • Follow up on sales leads through employee/phone center
  • Handle multiple responsibilities

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education and/or 3 years’ related experience in customer service or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Excellent PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and a high volume of work
  • Good time management skills and attention to detail
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Meets local age and operations requirements to operate a vehicle | Class 5 License
  • Availability to work flexible hours and provide your own vehicle for business
