  • Territory Sales Representative responsible for driving sales of crop protection products. Engaging with customers and distributors in Saskatchewan's agricultural sector.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key influencers in the agricultural industry within the assigned region.
  • Focuses on promoting crop protection products and services.
  • Manage sales objectives, forecasting, and supply management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry influencers.
  • Develop long-term business plans focused on key products and opportunities for future growth.
  • Enhance the company’s reputation in the region by gathering market intelligence and actively promoting the brand.

Requirements

  • Agriculture related Degree (or combined experience) with 5 or more years of sales experience in the crop protection industry in Western Canada.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in English.
  • Experience in translating detailed scientific information into practical decision-ready information for non-technical clients.
  • Experience with all types of communication platforms (Outlook, Teams, Social Media), CRM tools and MS office.
  • P Ag, CCA, or CCSC certification is an asset.
