About the role

  • Account Executive managing inactive clients to reduce churn and enhance customer relations in a fintech context. Responsibilities include client management, performance analysis, and communication with various teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the customer base within your portfolio after the negotiation with the client has concluded.
  • Identify opportunities and solution needs for the client's business, generating value.
  • Analyze the performance indicators of your portfolio daily.
  • Proactively contact clients to map performance and ensure the completion of negotiations.
  • Create an organized, strategic routine to anticipate potential new churns.
  • Communicate with the Product, Risk, and Customer Service teams to resolve issues, sell, and implement new solutions.
