About the role

  • Retail Sales Consultant for Long-Term Rentals Division focusing on sales and client management in Greece. Responsibilities include handling requests and identifying sales opportunities with a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

  • Handle requests and manage relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and develop specific retail channels.
  • Presents products to customers.
  • Utilize consultative selling skills to identify customer needs in order to close sales opportunities.
  • Ensure delivery of the customer experience from sale to fulfillment to foster relationships.
  • Provides customer service and be responsible for complaints management and problem solving.
  • Monitor competition in order to keep up with the various changes and developments to the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration. A master degree will be considered as an asset.
  • At least 1-2 years’ work experience as a Retail Development or Sales Consultant.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (oral & written).
  • Excellent command of MS-Office applications and familiarity with CRM programs.
  • Strong communication skills with attention to details.
  • Knowledge of car specifications will be considered as an asset.
