Requirements

  • 3 years of experience with end-to-end recruiting and sourcing in a dynamic startup-like environment
  • Knowledge of an ATS (Lever is a bonus)
  • Organised and structured
  • Ability to coordinate stakeholders
  • Ownership in finding practical solutions
  • Track record in talent acquisition projects
  • Fluent in both German and English
