  • Recruiting Specialist at ZPFE managing the recruitment process. Focused on supporting children's and family's educational environments through effective hiring practices.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the entire recruitment process
  • Create job postings and review and screen application documents
  • Schedule and conduct interviews
  • Select suitable candidates through phone and in-person interviews
  • Develop a well-thought-out talent acquisition strategy
  • Actively network at recruiting events and job fairs

Requirements

  • A completed degree with a focus on Human Resources or a comparable commercial qualification
  • Initial experience in recruitment and staffing
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Teams and Word
  • Very good German language skills, written and spoken (C1 level)
