Responsibilities
HR strategy & projects: You will support strategic HR initiatives, take ownership of project work packages, and bring structure to processes.
Talent & Leadership Development: You will help develop and implement tools, formats and concepts for managers and employees.
Communications & workshops: You will assist with internal communication, trainings and workshops.
Trainee & dual-study student support: You will support projects, events and operational topics related to our apprentices and dual-study students.
Processes & organization: You will optimize HR processes, coordinate appointments and ensure smooth team operations.
Requirements
You are a registered student (m/f/d) in Business Administration, Business Psychology or a comparable degree program
You need to complete a compulsory practical semester as part of your studies and are highly motivated to support our team full time for 5–6 months during this mandatory internship
You have already gained initial practical experience in HR
You have very good MS Office skills, especially Outlook, MS Teams and Excel, and experience using AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT
You possess strong verbal and written communication skills (good German language skills)
You work independently, responsibly and in a structured manner
You have a quick grasp and analytical thinking skills
You have attention to detail, strong reliability and a proactive approach
