About the role

  • People Analytics Specialist responsible for building data governance and dashboards for decision making. Joining Unimed Nacional to enhance insights and metrics for Human Resources.

Responsibilities

  • Map and integrate all HR data sources (Apdata Global, Antares, Excel, LG, etc.).
  • Build the People & Management Data Lake and establish robust governance, data quality, and security processes.
  • Define and implement strategic KPIs (Turnover, Headcount, Absenteeism, Engagement, Compensation, etc.).
  • Develop, automate, and maintain strategic dashboards in Tableau, ensuring automatic updates and accessibility for leaders.
  • Ensure progression: deliver basic indicators in the first months and advance to sophisticated dashboards and predictive analyses.
  • Navigate the organization to understand the business and identify People & Management metrics that are relevant to the business.
  • Distribute segmented metrics to leaders and key areas, supporting decision-making with insights.
  • Act as an analytical consultant, translating data into clear narratives and practical recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with IT to ensure access, integrations, and quality of the data infrastructure.
  • Support the consolidation of a data-driven culture within People & Management and across the company.

Requirements

  • Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Solid experience in Data Analytics, preferably in People & Management, People Analytics, or business support areas.
  • Proven experience building metrics and dashboards with Tableau.
  • Experience integrating data across multiple HR systems.
