Responsibilities

  • Align business objectives with coworkers and leadership in designated regions and business units
  • Formulate partnerships across the People function to deliver value-added service and maintain an effective level of business literacy
  • Provide advice and counsel to coworkers and leaders, leading People centric program delivery
  • Drive initiatives that enhance business outcomes and create a joyful coworker experience
  • Foster collaboration and networking across departments to enhance organizational cohesion

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
  • 8 years of HR generalist experience
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel as required within the PG&E service territory
  • Demonstrated experience working with senior company leaders, including demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and influence leaders at the executive level.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, especially California labor laws.
  • Familiarity with HR best practices and industry standards.
