Responsibilities

  • Process files related to employees' careers, administrative statuses and absenteeism
  • Prepare and draft administrative and regulatory documents
  • Serve as a liaison with organizations and administrations involved in employees' administrative management
  • Advise and inform employees and departments
  • Prepare retirement files
  • Maintain each employee's individual personnel file
  • Enter payroll-related information for assigned employees
  • Perform payroll proofreading/reviews
  • File monthly, quarterly and annual social contributions declarations
  • Process payroll payments and related charges using the CIRIL FINANCES software
  • Monitor legal and statutory developments

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of territorial civil service regulations
  • Experience in career management and payroll within a local authority
  • Proficiency with CIRIL RH and CIRIL FINANCES software
  • Analytical and synthesis skills, with strong writing ability
  • Proficient with office IT tools
  • Strict adherence to deadlines and schedules
  • Ability to anticipate needs, set priorities and respond quickly
  • Capacity to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Absolute obligation of discretion and confidentiality
