About the role

  • Assistant(e) RH au Cube Garges pour structurer les processus et outils RH. Participation aux missions variées de gestion personnelle, développement des compétences et logistique de recrutement.

Responsibilities

  • Management of registers (serious and imminent accidents, minor accidents, delegation forms)
  • Management of medical examinations (scheduling, monitoring fitness for work)
  • Tracking absences (paid leave, RTT — reduction of working time, sick leave)
  • Support for logistical onboarding of new hires
  • Logistical preparation for Works Council (CSE) meetings
  • Monitoring employee entries/exits, management of interns
  • Assistance in implementing HR dashboards
  • Assistance with logistics for professional interviews and training
  • Scheduling appointments for interviews

Requirements

  • Student at Bachelor (third-year) to Master's level (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in HR or Employment/Labor Law
  • Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables)
  • Excellent written communication skills for official communications
  • Rigor in handling sensitive data, strong organizational skills, and discretion
