Responsibilities
Support the People & Operations team with day-to-day HR operations
Support onboarding and offboarding of new employees
Maintain and manage personnel documentation and HR data
Assist with preparatory payroll processing
Prepare and manage employment certificates and HR-related notifications
Act as a point of contact for employees on organizational HR matters
Document and maintain HR processes in Confluence (company wiki)
Support the recruiting process (applicant communication, candidate management)
Collaborate with various teams to further develop our People & Operations processes
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Ideally some practical experience in HR, recruiting, or personnel administration
Motivation to develop professionally in People & Operations
Structured, reliable, and independent working style
Strong organizational skills and enjoyment in working with people
Very good German and English language skills
Digital affinity and interest in modern HR tools
Proficient in Excel and Word
Basic experience with HR systems; familiarity with DATEV or the social-security reporting portal (SV-Meldeportal) is a plus
